Our first goal is to help you overcome your pain. Next we want to help prevent your pain from coming back. This is done by a addressing the cause of your pain:

- Lifestyle choices
Our treatment plans are designed in stages:
1. Acute Care
This phase addresses your pain, whether it is a new pain or a chronic issue we want to get you out of pain as quickly as possible.
2. Rehab/Active Care
Now that your pain is decreasing we want to address dysfunctional movement patterns and poor posture that predisposes you to recurring pain and problems. This is often done through selective strength and conditioning exercises that have been chosen to help you in the long run.
During this phase we will also dive deeper into your lifestyle and diet. Most people do not understand how large of a role what you eat plays in your overall health. Not only does your diet affect heart health and can affect other organs, but it also can cause an inflamed state in your whole body making it much more likely that your pain will come back. We will discuss what you should and should not be eating as well as what supplements may help you reach your long-term health goals.
3. Wellness Care
Congratulations, you have made it! Now that you have strengthened your weak spots through modifying your lifestyle, diet and adding some exercises. Let's keep you functioning at your optimum and feeling good.
Everyone's needs are different when it comes to wellness care. Some people feel there best with a visit every week, while others may only need a visit every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or even just once a year. That decision is up to you.
